To begin, sit on the floor with your legs crossed in a way that your left ankle is outside the right knee and your left knee and its shin should be parallel to the ground.


Now take your right leg move it in a way that your right heel is outside of the left butt and lift your left knee and make it sit on your right knee. Left knee should now be on the ground close to your right hip. After you are done with your legs, fold your left arm and place it behind your back. After that, take your right arm over the right shoulder and stretch it as much as you can till the point it reaches your left hand.
