Refund and Returns Policy

At Hashmi Pharmacy, we work hard to deliver the best products and bring the ultimate shopping experience to you. However, sometimes due to the scale of operations, exceptional cases can happen. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product delivered to you, please get in touch with our Customer Service team for an appropriate and immediate resolution.

Our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. To keep our process fully transparent and compliant with standard e-commerce regulations and Google Merchant Center Policies, we have outlined our clear guidelines below regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Return Window & Eligibility Timeline

  • Standard Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Items must be unused, un- opened, and in their original packaging.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: Claims for missing products or products damaged in transit must be reported to our customer care team within 2 business days (48 Hours) of delivery.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: In case you receive an incorrect product, please register a complaint within 48 hours of delivery to start the immediate resolution process.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return

Please ensure all conditions are met, otherwise Hashmi Mart reserves the full right to refuse the return request:

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in brand-new, un-opened condition, and in their original retail box.
  • The package must include all protective seals, packing materials, manuals, and accessories that came with the product.
  • Due to safety, health, and hygiene guidelines associated with wellness/herbal products, items with broken security seals cannot be accepted for a return or refund.
  • We are responsible only for the monetary value of the merchandise; we are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from product misuse.

3. Replacement Process

Once your return parcel is fetched or received back at our facility, it undergoes a standard quality verification inspection by our Verification Team:

  • If the verification check is successful and a replacement has been requested, we will ship the fresh unit to you at no extra shipping cost.
  • In the event that the identical product is out of stock or no longer available, a full monetary refund will be automatically arranged instead.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to send the item back to our facility. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

  • Refund Confirmation: Once our verification team inspects the return and approves the request, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Time Frame: The monetary refund value will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 7 working days from the approval date.

5. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not visibly received your refund after the designated time-frame, please perform the following verification steps:

  • First, re-examine your banking application or statement thoroughly.
  • Contact your financial institution or card issuer directly. There is frequently a standard bank processing delay before the transaction is officially posted to your account ledger.
  • If you have completed all these checks and still have not received your refund, please immediately email us at our official support handle with your Order ID and billing receipt.
